EatRHW app license agreement

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These terms govern the EatRHW app provided by RHW Plant Based Cafe & Deli LLC (“RHW,” “we,” or “us”). EatRHW lets RHW customers browse the menu, place orders through available checkout options, and participate in RHW’s available Seeds rewards features.

1 Accounts and use of the app

You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or guardian must place orders for customers younger than 18. Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.

RHW gives you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the app for your own RHW purchases and rewards participation. RHW and its licensors retain ownership of the app. Do not misuse another person’s account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, submit malicious content, or use the app unlawfully.

2 Ordering and payment

The app is free to use. You pay separately for the food and other items you order. RHW is the seller. Review the items, modifications, quantities, total charges, and fulfillment details shown at checkout before confirming payment.

The current app checkout supports pickup. Review the pickup location, time, charges, and instructions shown at checkout. Delivery and shipping are not offered through this release. Pre-release test checkout is a sandbox demonstration and must not be treated as a live purchase.

A payment or order receipt confirms the transaction details shown; it does not by itself confirm that RHW has accepted and begun preparing the order. Check the order status and contact RHW if it appears incorrect. Payment processing uses the Clover-supported payment flow available in the app.

3 Cancellations and order problems

Request cancellation within five minutes of ordering. For incorrect, missing, or undelivered items, contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.

Contact hello@eatrhw.com or (678) 824-5064 and provide your order reference. A cancellation request does not itself confirm that an order has been cancelled or refunded. RHW will review the request and tell you the outcome. The five-minute cancellation window does not apply to reporting incorrect, missing, or undelivered items. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain available.

For ingredient or allergen questions, contact RHW before ordering. Do not treat a saved dietary preference or kitchen note as confirmation that a product is suitable for a particular allergy.

4 Seeds rewards

App Seeds earning and redemption are not yet available. The planned program earns one Seed per eligible dollar spent on menu merchandise and exchanges 50 Seeds for $5 off eligible items. Seeds do not expire. The app will identify when these features become available.

Under the planned rules, eligible spending excludes tax, tips, fees, and amounts paid with Seeds. Fractional earnings round down to the nearest tenth of a Seed. Redemption is in $5 increments and cannot exceed the available balance or eligible merchandise amount. Existing Clover rewards are not imported into the app’s Seeds balance.

5 Messages privacy and account requests

RHW uses service messages to support sign-in, accounts, and orders. Optional promotional discounts have separate marketing choices. Accepting these terms, signing in, or placing an order does not by itself enroll you in promotional texts.

The EatRHW app privacy policy explains the information used by the app. For account or privacy questions, contact hello@eatrhw.com. Do not send sign-in codes or full card details to support.

To delete your EatRHW account, sign in, select Delete account in the app, and complete the confirmation steps. Successful deletion removes your sign-in account and saved account information and signs you out. Deleting the account is separate from requesting cancellation or a refund for an order. Unresolved payment activity can prevent deletion until that activity is resolved; contact support if you need help. The privacy policy explains the transaction records that remain after deletion.

If you used Sign in with Apple, deleting your EatRHW account does not currently revoke Apple’s authorization automatically. Follow the app’s instructions to remove EatRHW from your Sign in with Apple settings.

6 Clover and service changes

RHW provides EatRHW. Clover and its affiliates are not parties to these terms, do not license or provide EatRHW, and are not responsible under these terms for your use of the app. Their own terms and privacy notices govern their separate services.

Connectivity, maintenance, and third-party systems can affect availability. RHW may restrict access to address unlawful use, security threats, or material misuse of the app. Such restrictions do not eliminate rights or obligations relating to existing purchases.

RHW will identify the current terms by their effective date. Material changes require appropriate notice and any legally required acceptance. No provision removes a right that applicable law does not permit RHW to exclude.
