RHW SHIPPING POLICY

At RHW, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted plant-based deli meats, cheeses, and specialty items. Because our products are perishable and made from scratch, we’ve created the following shipping guidelines to ensure freshness and quality upon arrival.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are prepared fresh. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid extended transit times and ensure product freshness.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship nationwide using reliable carriers with expedited shipping options to maintain product quality.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

PERISHABLE ITEMS

Our products are perishable and are carefully packaged with insulation and cold packs to maintain freshness during transit.

Once your order is delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to refrigerate or store items properly. We recommend bringing packages inside immediately upon delivery.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

RHW is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages left unattended after delivery

We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the package.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund in rare cases.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, RHW is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will assist when possible, but cannot guarantee replacements for carrier-related issues.

WEATHER & SHIPPING RISKS

By placing an order, you acknowledge the risks associated with shipping perishable items, especially during warm weather. RHW is not responsible for product quality issues caused by delivery delays or extreme temperatures once the package has shipped.
