RHW Retail & Vegan Café (“RHW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may offer a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) to provide updates, promotions, and important information.

RHW is not responsible for:

  • Carrier-related issues

ACCEPTABLE USE

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RHW is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from:

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes related to this Program will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court.

UPDATES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
