Approximately 99% of our menu is soy-free, with most items made entirely in-house — including our deli meats, cheeses, sauces, and spreads.

Because we make nearly everything in-house, we have greater control over ingredients and preparation. This allows us to offer cleaner, more intentional food — but also means recipes may vary slightly based on availability and preparation.
