RHW REFUND POLICY

At RHW Retail & Vegan Café, we take pride in delivering high-quality, freshly prepared plant-based food and products. Because everything is made to order, all sales are generally final. However, we do offer refunds or adjustments in rare cases where appropriate.

FOOD & IN-STORE PURCHASES

All food items are made fresh to order and are non-refundable once prepared.

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern), please notify us immediately at the time of pickup or delivery. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, store credit, or, in rare cases, a refund at our discretion.

ONLINE ORDERS (PICKUP & DELIVERY)

All online orders are final once placed. Refunds are not issued for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Change of mind after placing an order

  • Orders not picked up within the scheduled time

If RHW makes an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Refunds may be issued in rare situations where a resolution cannot be completed otherwise.

CATERING ORDERS

Catering deposits and payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for store credit toward a future order. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to preparation and ingredient sourcing.

SHIPPED PRODUCTS (PLNT DELI ITEMS)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all shipped items are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or, in rare cases, a refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages left unattended after delivery.

GENERAL POLICY

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always to provide a fair resolution while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.
