EatRHW app privacy policy

RHW Plant Based Cafe & Deli LLC (“RHW,” “we,” or “us”) operates EatRHW for RHW’s own customers. This policy covers information handled through the app, its ordering and rewards features, and RHW’s own Clover connection. Separate services or websites may have their own notices.

1 Account and customer information

Sign-in uses your email address or authentication-provider identifier and session information. EatRHW supports Sign in with Apple and email one-time codes, not account passwords.

You may choose to add a display name, ZIP code, birthday month and day, and dietary preferences to your profile. Saved addresses include a recipient name and address details. Favorites retain your selected items and configurations. We use these features to maintain your account and the preferences you ask the app to remember.

Support receives the information you send. Do not send sign-in codes, full card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

2 Orders rewards and Clover

Order information includes selected items and modifiers, quantities, prices, kitchen notes, pickup timing, order identifiers, and status. An optional name entered for an order may be included in its kitchen note. These details support fulfillment, support and reconciliation.

RHW exchanges menu and itemized order information, including kitchen notes, with Clover. Limit notes to necessary order details; contact RHW separately about allergies.

Rewards records identify your account, qualifying purchases, Seeds earned or redeemed, adjustments, and balance. We use these records to administer the rewards program and reconcile related transactions.

3 Payments

Card entry uses Clover-hosted payment fields within the checkout experience. The payment integration exchanges a payment token, transaction amounts, receipt email, client IP address, and payment results with Clover. RHW maintains order and payment references and status information to process and reconcile purchases and refunds.

4 Service providers and order notifications

Supabase supports account authentication, application records, and backend functions. Email-delivery services supporting authentication receive the address and message information needed to deliver sign-in codes. Cloudflare hosts the surrounding checkout page. Clover provides the connected order and payment services. Apple supports Sign in with Apple when you use it.

Optional order updates use Expo and device notification services, with your permission. Device push tokens and account, installation, and order identifiers route notifications and record delivery status. Pickup alerts use a generic message without listing ordered items.

Current checkout is pickup-only sandbox testing. This release does not send orders to delivery partners.

5 Optional marketing and tracking

Creating an app account, signing in, and enabling order-ready notifications do not enroll you in promotional messages. Separate RHW promotional programs have their own enrollment choices and notices. Sign-in emails and order-ready push notifications are service messages.

To opt out of RHW direct marketing, email hello@eatrhw.com with the affected email address or phone number. RHW will honor your request across relevant RHW marketing channels. You may also use an unsubscribe option in a promotional message. Essential service messages continue. For optional pickup alerts, select “Turn off order updates” in the app.

The app and checkout process technical information needed to operate authentication, checkout, notifications, and transaction recovery, including session identifiers, payment-related client IP information, and delivery or error status.

The app uses device secure storage for sessions and recovery. Browser session storage retains checkout references and pending-payment status to check interrupted payments. RHW’s reviewed checkout code does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Clover’s embedded payment services process information under https://www.clover.com/privacy-policy . That notice describes technical-data collection, cookies, similar technologies, and provider or partner collection over time and across websites. External websites and messaging programs have separate notices.

6 Retention deletion and your choices

Update supported information and notification choices in account settings. Send privacy requests to hello@eatrhw.com or call (678) 824-5064.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information, withdraw consent, or opt out of specified processing. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.

To delete your EatRHW account, sign in, select Delete account in the app, and complete the confirmation steps. Successful deletion removes the sign-in account and saved account records, including the profile, preferences, saved addresses, favorites, and push subscriptions, and signs you out. Unresolved payment activity can block deletion until it is resolved. Contact support if you cannot complete the process.

Account deletion does not erase every order, payment, or rewards transaction record. The current system retains transaction evidence, including order identifiers, pickup timing, purchased items and modifications, prices, free-text item notes, payment references and status, and rewards transaction history. Private payment and rewards records can retain the original account identifier. Where a staff Seeds adjustment was recorded, its record can also contain the customer name, last four phone digits, reason, and balance changes. These retained records are not fully anonymized. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel an order or issue a refund.

Our retention policy is to keep transaction information only as needed for purchases, refunds, reconciliation, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal recordkeeping, then delete or de-identify information no longer needed for those purposes. The applicable criteria include the record’s purpose, legal requirements, and unresolved claims. This review and disposal process is separate from account deletion; account deletion does not automatically purge retained transaction records or backup copies. If you used Sign in with Apple, the current deletion process does not automatically revoke Apple’s authorization. Follow the instructions in the app to remove EatRHW from your Sign in with Apple settings. This is separate from deleting your EatRHW account.

7 Security and younger customers

The app uses authenticated access controls. No electronic service guarantees against unauthorized access or loss. Contact RHW if you suspect misuse.

Accounts are for people 18 or older. Younger customers should order through a parent or guardian. Contact RHW if a younger person created an account.

8 Updates and contact

The current policy will show its effective date. RHW will provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain any consent required before changed processing begins.
