RHW PLANT-BASED CAFÉ & DELI
A little help.
A real person.
Questions about the Eat RHW app or an RHW order? We’re here to help.
For a time-sensitive order
Call the café about a pickup issue, a missing item or a payment you aren’t sure went through. Check your order history before placing the same order again.
App help and suggestions
Email hello@eatrhw.com. Include your app version, the screen you were using and what happened. For an order, include its pickup date and the short reference from its receipt if available; a long checkout identifier is not needed.
Please leave out passwords, sign-in codes, full card numbers and card security codes. Crop personal information out of screenshots.
Sign-in and payments
Email sign-in uses a fresh code. Check the email address and spam folder, and use the most recent code. Never share it with support. Face ID or phone passcode protects a saved app session when you choose to enable app lock.
If payment is still being checked, use the recovery action already shown in the app and check Your orders before trying again. Contact the café if the outcome is unclear.
Review mode and Beta use test payments. They do not create a paid food order for café fulfillment.

Accounts and privacy
Ravilo apps handles app-account, privacy and deletion requests at hello@eatrhw.com. RHW Plant-Based Café & Deli handles food orders and refunds through the same address.
In the app, open Account → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email us from the account’s email address and ask for Eat RHW account deletion. We will verify the request and explain any unresolved order or payment. Deleting your Eat RHW account does not delete your Apple account or iCloud, and does not itself request a refund. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
App gift cards
App gift balances are separate from RHW website and Clover gift cards. For help claiming an app gift, contact support using the recipient email and short order reference. Do not send card details or sign-in codes.
App operator: Ravilo apps. App Store seller: LionGem Studios.
